All users of our small business bookkeeping software benefit from a free, no obligation 60 day trial. After this period you will no doubt decide that you wish to continue using Kashflow, but it's totally up to you. You're not committed to anything by taking up the free trial offer.

You may chose to register at any time during your free trial for an additional one year or on a month by month basis.

Trial Period

The trial period is totally free of any obligations. We do not take any payment details from you until you are ready to subscribe.

There is no catch. We simply believe that if you are given the opportunity to use KashFlow then you will want to subscribe at the end of your trial.

Subscriptions

Subscribe for the first 12 months and pay:

Or subscribe on a monthly basis and pay:

After your first annual subscription you can renew your subscription at any point for a further 12 months.
A 12 month renewal costs:

Optional Extras

There are a number of optional extras that you can buy. As these are not wanted/needed by most of our customers, we have decided to make these separate, chargeable add-ons rather than just increasing the price for all users, irrespective of if they want the additional functionality or not. API Subscription - £99 per year    ($194,  €125)
This may be required if you are going to have your ecommerce website automatically entering data into KashFlow.

PayPal Importer Service - £99 per year    ($194,  €125)
This service automatically connects to your PayPal account and retrieves accounting information for you.
You do not need this additional service if you just want to add PayPal "Pay Now" buttons to your invoices
