PayPal Third Party Access Configuration

The instructions below guide you through granting us access to read data from your PayPal account in order to retrieve your transactions for our PayPal Accounting service.

This doesn't give us access to make transfers or get any other access to your account.

1. Logon to your PayPal account and click the Profile link. This is the far-right link under the "My Account" tab.
   
   




2. Click on the "API Access" link.





3. Click on the "Grant API Permission" link.
   This may read "'Add or Edit API Permissions" if you've set up permission previously




4. Enter paypal_api1.kashflow.com as the API account you’re giving third party access to and tick the box that says "Reporting and Back Office APIs" and click the "Submit" button.
   
   
   
   
5. After click the Submit button, you will then need to confirm that you’re giving the KashFlow account permissions to make API calls on your behalf. Click the "Give Permission" button to complete the process
