No more spreadsheets!
I was fed up with spending up to (and sometimes more than) half a day a month generating my invoices from the spreadsheet records I kept so I did an internet search to see what accounting software (other than Sage, which you need a degree in algorithms to understand!), might be available to me. Your system came out tops for ease of use and choice as to which parts of the system I want to take advantage of. No more spreadsheets!

More control
KashFlow has really changed how I manage my business. I have more control over what payments have come in and left my business account. It really has made my business more organised. What I love about using this accounting software is its ease of use, but more importantly, when you have a suggestion for improvement, it's acted upon and implemented within days, sometimes hours! I'd recommend this software to any small business. Keep up the great work.

Your accounting software is great. You type in the figures in the appropriate box and KashFlow does everything else. It's incredibly easy to use and I am recommending it to as many people as I can. Very user friendly
I would like to say how impressed I am with the KashFlow accounting software, we have tried to use various accountancy packages in the past but have always found them un user friendly, unless you happen to be accountancy trained. We deal with major blue chip companies and we have always been slightly concerned with the image that our invoices gave (produced on Excel spreadsheet), your system allows us to produce a proffesional looking invoice with our own company heading at the top and also allows us to e mail them direct to our customers.

I have been very impressed with the level of customer service
KashFlow was the only product that met all of my needs . . . or atleast, all of the important ones, and KashFlow was sufficiently flexible to meet the remaining ones or for me to come up with work arounds. I primarily needed an Order Processing system that could handle invoicing, delivery notes, customer statements, etc. as well as manage our owninvoices payable. Even though KashFlow doesn't offer Order Processing assuch, the stock control functionality combined with the ability rename the Quotes to "Orders" has met my needs - even the ability to categories the Quotes has meant I can mark my orders as at various stages within the Order Processing process (In Process, On Hold, Ready to Ship,Shipped, Delivered, etc.) In addition, the fact it is a full accounting package has meant that I have now started to do all our basic bookkeeping on KashFlow, which is now providing us with much more information than we have had available before. The final factor that caused me to choose KashFlow was my utter (pleasant) surprise when my first email to the support email address was answered within a very short period of time ON A SATURDAY - indeed, I have been very impressed with the level of customer service and the obvious fact that there are real people there working to improve and enhance the product aswell as addressing our support enquiries.

I chose KashFlow because I wanted to shift as much of my work as possible online.. I was actually using free accounting software which came with my business bank account. It was simple and effective. KashFlow represents a considerable amount of money to me, however I like it's features (overview, reports etc). I like the invoicing aspect of it too. I had a seperate invoice software previously. I also like the help. To get an almost instant reply to my emailed questions is fantastic. No waiting around for someone to get back to me. It means that I can get on with my work virtually straight away.
