Change Quote Heading

You may want to change the Quote tab heading to something other than Quotes, for example Pro-Forma, Estimates etc.

You can do this simply by going to the ‘SETTINGS’ tab, then to ‘QUOTE SETTINGS’.

Here you can then change the ‘Name’, which will alter the title in the Tab, you can change the ‘Heading’, which will change the headings on your quotes when you print/e-mail them. You can also type additional text that will appear on the bottom of your quotes or even change the name of the Quote Reference to something else of your choice, as an example, Estimate Reference.

 

Another option is to change whether you want KashFlow to remove the quote once you have converted it to an invoice. By default this is set to delete, however you can remove this by way of a ‘tick’ box.
