Tax Calculation and Layout

There are 2 ways to calculate the tax on your invoices. Either to calculate the tax on the line total, OR calculate the tax on an individual price.

 

There are also 2 ways to display how the VAT is shown on your invoices. Either on each line of the invoice, OR you can show the total amount of VAT at the bottom of the invoice.

 

To change either of these simply go to ‘SETTINGS’ --> ‘INVOICE OPTIONS’, and choose ‘TAX OPTIONS’.

Then select the option you desire.

 

Within Tax options you can also amend your VAT registration.
