Press Room - Biography

Duane Jackson, Founder & Managing Director, KashFlow Software Ltd

Duane JacksonDuane has developed his career in IT over a number of years and in many areas including application development, server management and network security. Beginning his career as an IT contractor, Duane worked for organisations such as the CBI, the BBC, Proctor & Gamble, Eidos and Reuters.

In 1999, Duane moved to an in-house position at a firm specialising in the design and deployment of corporate networks. Brought on board to plan and implement the firm’s move to the Internet service provider arena, Duane was instrumental in developing the firm into one of the UK’s leading providers of streaming media services.

Having acquired extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, Duane founded SevenTech Solutions, an application development firm with backing from The Prince’s Trust in 2002.

Duane was so impressed by the support he received from the Prince’s Trust whilst establishing SevenTech Solutions that with the approval of the Trust he set up trustNetworkers.com. trustNetworkers.com arranges networking events with the help of the London Youth Support Trust and sponsorship from DLA Piper and Workspace Group.

The achievements of SevenTech Solutions led to numerous partnerships with The Web Marketing Agency, a provider of search engine optimisation services. The two firms ultimately merged in June 2004 to form Key One Ltd.

Key One is an Internet solution provider that focuses on delivering enterprise class solutions.

A company, KashFlow Software Limited, was formed in February 2006 when The Rt Hon. Lord Young of Graffham invested in the KashFlow product.

Duane is also a trustee of the London Youth Support Trust.
